1. Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Hygiene policy

Because our products are intended for personal use, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original, unbroken packaging. This is for the health and safety of all our customers and isn't negotiable, even if the item has only been opened and not used.

3. How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide instructions before you ship anything back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — the unopened-packaging requirement does not apply to faulty items.

6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Regardless of this store policy, you're entitled to guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for products that are faulty or not as described.
