1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Delivery options & times
We offer two shipping options within Australia:
- Express — $15.00 AUD, estimated 5 to 8 business days from dispatch
- Standard — $11.00 AUD, estimated 10 to 15 business days from dispatch
Both options are free on orders over $50 AUD. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs processing, and circumstances outside our control.
3. Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents, for your privacy.
4. Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received one within 5 business days, please contact us.
5. Lost, damaged, or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If your order hasn't arrived after the stated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
